Who says ground turkey has to be bland?

There are quite a few steps in this recipe but some can be done simultaneously (like boiling the water while you slice and dice) And I know I promised no pictures of things cooking but it was COVID and it’s the only one!

  • Place the peppers in an ovenproof dish that allows them to stand up and not fall over
  • Scoop the rice/turkey mix into the peppers
  • Spoon the sauce generously over the top of the peppers and top with grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
